Terms of Payment:


We, at Jim Corbett Travels, follow the terms of all our visitors:
  • We reserve the right to resolve the advance payment for any booking
  • The advance amount can be later settled at the time of making the final bill payment on the availed services/facilities.
  • For international clients, we prefer getting the payment through wire transfer from their account to our designated account. The visitors can also pay using their Visa/Master Cards and confirm the same through email.
  • For Indian visitors, we accept payment through cash or via traveler’s cheque. However, they have the liberty to pay using their Credit/Debit Cards and confirm the same via emails.
  • We may ask for full payment during the peak seasons when we receive more rush of visitors from India and abroad. This can be mandatory for confirmation of the booking!


Conditions For Cancellation of Booking:

Cancellation charges are levied in case the visitors happen to cancel their visit at any point in time. We accept written cancellation requests, preferably via email. We can process the required formality and refund the amount as per the following:

  • Cancellation on 1 month before the date of visit - 10% of the total pricing
  • Cancellation between the 29th day and 20th day before the journey – 25% of the total pricing
  • Cancellation between 19th day to 10th day before the journey – 50% of the total pricing.
  • Cancellation between 09th day to 06th days before the journey – 75% of the tour cost.
  • Cancellation between 05th day to 03rd days before the journey – 90% of the tour cost.

We do not refund any amount in case the cancellation request reaches us within 48 hours of your scheduled reach to our place in Jim Corbett National Park. The amount is forfeited completely!

Refund

  • We decide the amount to be refunded depending on the cancellation terms and conditions mentioned above.
  • We would refund the money to the actual person who made the payment. Here, the same person would produce the identity proof when asked.
  • We need 2-4 weeks’ time to settle the refund of the amount.
  • If a visitor had booked a special tour, then the cancellation policy will not be relevant in peak seasons. So, the whole amount should be charged as a retention amount.
